Cloud Computing: Salesforce.com
This post is to demonstrate my idea proposed on how we can collaboratively grow the DigitalOrg.net website into a useful resource for the community. Well, I suggested that we start a Vlog (Video Blogging) about Enterprise 2.0 and post them in a Youtube channel. Sometimes, reading isn’t the most interesting to do, where as a video can illustrate and explain perfectly what you intend to point out. In conjunction with the topic of this post, Cloud Computing: Salesforce.com, I am suggesting that instead of using text , we use video as our delivery medium. I find it more interesting as the following video managed to provide me a good understanding on something I was not clear about. Well, let’s learn about cloud computing by watching the following video;
To sum up my understanding of the video, cloud computing is an infrastructure where application data is shared over the “cloud” or Internet. Computer applications can be used through internet browsers without the need to store them in your local computer.
People always say, “Picture worth a thousand words”. What about video?
I’d say, “Video worth a million words”.
